2831450 - Validation when creating coupon - End date must be after start date

When creating a coupon from the backoffice, it is sometimes possible to get a validation error "End date must be after start date", even though the start date is before the end date.

On the affected server, running the below beanshell script in the hAC (Console > Scripting Languages, select beashell) will print a value of true in the Result tab.
