2831407 - Error with picture upload in Quickguides

Symptom

When adding any photo to Quick Guide, receive the below error message:

Error message = com.plateausystems.elms.bo.usergeneratedcontent.api.MediaServiceException: Destination directory did not get created 
...

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to My Quick Guides link & earch for any quick guide.
  2. Delete the existing uploaded image for QuickGuide's cover page/steps. 
  3. Again try to upload same/another image for the same QuickGuide cover page/step.

Cause

This is due to specific storgae content fodler attributes used specifically for QuickGuide pictures that may have incorrect settings on backend.

Resolution

SF LMS Support customer incident should be raised with error secified and reference to thsi Knowledge Base Article so an Operations request can be made to address.
