You would like to know how Cloud for Customer deals with outbound e-mails that are bounced.
SAP Cloud for Customer
When an outbound e-mail is bounced Cloud for Customer will attempt to re-send it seven times. These might be bounced again and generate entries in Tickets.
In case of a seventh bounce, system generates a hard bounce and stops the attempts.
As of now there is no way to control how many attemps system makes.
