After creating a new brand in Career Site Builder, it is not available for use under the Pages or Appearance sections

Reproducing the Issue
- Create a new brand in Career Site Builder > Tools > Brand Management
- Go to Appearance > Styles (for instance). The new brand is not available.
There can be two reasons for this:
The Brand Management section needs to be refreshed as described in KBA 2735286
The newly created brand is identical to an existing brand.
The resolution for each scenario are:
Press the Save button in Tools > Brand Management
- Generally, this happens when trying to use capitalization to distinguish between two brands - for instance TEST and test. The URL identifier in CSB does not take into account capitalization, and therefore the second brand will be ignored (not displayed) as it is identical to the first one. It is necessary to distinguish brands using different names as capitalization is irrelevant. This is an expected behaviour.
