Admin made some changes to an assessment (changed a question), but the change is not reflecting when users launch the exam.

Reproducing the Issue
1. Assign a course with an assessment to a user
2. User already launches the course / assessment
3. Admin makes changes to the assessment (eg. changed a question)
4. User re-launches the assessment, but does not see the changes made by the admin
Once a user launches a course and it is in progress (not yet completed), the contents of the course including the assessments will still reflect the original version (or the version that was assigned to the user), and not the new version. This is by design for auditing and continuity purpose functionality.
If customer wishes to reflect the changes, the course should be unassigned and re-assigned back to the user. This will push out the new version to the user as this will refresh the entire assignment to the users after the changes are made.
