In app Reset Cleared Items (App ID F2223) you want to reset and reverse a clearing and get an error ‘A severe error has occurred’ or an error ‘Document xyz is not purely a clearing document’.

Reproducing the Issue
- App reset cleared items Enter clearing entry
- Click on reset and reverse
This may be due to the fact that another clearing is affected as well.
To check for this use the app ‘Reset Cleared Items – FBRA’. Here display the details of the message. In case it is ‘Message no. FS601’ the diagnosis and procedure section will guide in the process to reset and reverse the clearing including other affected clearings.
