You notice that when trying to add a template for an outbound e-mail channel, the message No Data is displayed even though there are several templates available in the system.

Reproducing the Issue
- Navigate to Administrator work center.
- Navigate to Communication Channels work center view.
- Access the E-mail Addresses.
- Edit any address.
- Click to search for templates.
- See the message No Data.
The templates are not displayed when the checkbox Branding Template is not checked during their creation.
Since this checkbox can only be marked during the template creation, it is required to create the templates you would like to use again to see them available in the list for the outbound channels.
Additionally, the template type should be maintained as Document-Based in order to set the template as a Branding Template.
Once the template is created with type Document-Based and the checkbox is set for the Branding Template, it will become available for use in the outbound e-mail channels.
