How is the waitlist number inserted for a user that is waitlisted in a scheduled offering?

The number of each user under the waitlist status is placed based on the date that user was inserted in the waitlist of the scheduled offering.

Note: if you order the waitlisted users based on the registration date, the number of the users might be out of order. This can be checked through the Scheduled Offering Enrollment Audit Report.

In the Scheduled Offering Enrollment Audit Report, look for the "Enrollment Status" and "Last Update Time" columns. Check the first entry from "Enrollment Status" that says "WAITLIST" and compare the data with the "Last Update Time" details. The older the date and time present in "Last Update Time", the smaller the number will be for the user in the waitlist and vice versa.
