2819842 - An Email Audit Log for All Email Sent SuccessFactors is Not Available

Symptom

An email log including details of all email notifications with subject, sender & receiver of emails, time when the notification was triggered from SuccessFactors, etc., is needed

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite

Resolution

  • It is not possible to generate a log for all email sent from SuccessFactors
  • To obtain log details of a specific email create a Support Case with Product Support using component LOD-SF-PLT-NOT and provide ALL of the following:
    • Email notification subject
    • Email id of the receiver or domain (e.g. @domain.com)
    • Date and time when the email was received
