Symptom

When users login into the instance they face an application error with the fingerprint 79576ad50c97a1d484b1c2ed9e351971f669db91 or fingerprint 2da3fea10fe0ea54cf557dcc00581d5d507063a8

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log into the instance;
  2. Application error will be displayed with fingerprint 79576ad50c97a1d484b1c2ed9e351971f669db91 or fingerprint 2da3fea10fe0ea54cf557dcc00581d5d507063a8;

Cause

Cache issue.

Resolution

To solve this issue, please proceed with the below:

  1. Clear MDF Cache as referred on this KBA 2534674;
  2. Then run the job MDF Object Definition To DB SYNC on provisioning as referred on this KBA 2589774.

As both activities require provisioning access, you should reach either your implementation partner or SAP Product Support (by raising an incident to LOD-SF-PLT-LIS referring to this KBA).
