2817675 - Default Risk levels is not considered in Access Request

Symptom

Default risk level in configuration using parameter 1024 is set. Default Risk level is set to 1 (High). When we run the risk analysis in SAP Access request, it shows SoD risks that are High, Medium and Low.

It does not consider the default risk level when risk analysis is running in the SAP Access Request.
