There is a unique PUSH issue case wherein it was seen that the user mobile client gets disconnected in the SAP Mobile Platform Cockpit and during this time of disconnection the user is not able to received any Emergency Push from the backend
- Sometimes you see users logged in and out of the SAP Mobile Platform Cockpit
- To receive a valid PUSH Workorder or Notification, the mobile user should be logged in
- It was seen or observed that sometimes when a user logs in to the SMP Cockpit, it may disconnect for a few minutes (2~10 minutes) and it may reconnect
- There appears to be a reconnecting mechanism to re-establish a disrupted user or disconnected user within the ~10 minutes time frame of which after reconnection, the user is able to received pushes
