The 'My Team Calendar' (Version 2.0/Fiori 2.0) has included the following feature where you can add employees from outside of the organizational unit to the lists of colleagues, direct reports, or employees in customer views.
You wish to limit the possiblity where users can add employees from outside their organizational unit. For example you require that the head of an Organizational Unit (Manager) can add only employees from their Org Unit.
