The compa-ratio calculation in the compensation portlet shows a different mid-point than what is maintained in the pay range foundation object.

Reproducing the Issue
1. Navigate to an employee's profile
2. Click on the '?' next to the compa ratio
3. Compare the mid-point with what is maintained in pay range
The currency maintained in the pay range is different from the currency in which the compensation is shown for the user. Hence the mid-point value is converted according to the currency exchange rate maintained in the currenct exchange rate object in manage data.
If the value in the pay range for mid-point should exactly be shown in the user's profile, then the currency should be changed to the currency of the employee's compensation. Or else if the value after conversion is incorrect, the currency exchange rate object needs to be updated
