Ticket status can not be change to completed from open status.

Reproducing the Issue
Go to the Service work center.
Go to the Tickets view.
Search for ticket LMN (where LMN is ticket id) and select it.
Click on Action and try to set the status of ticket LMN to completed.
An error saying field is read only and status can not be change is trigger.
The ticket LMN is with approval status as In Approval and so the status can not be edited.
Once the approval status is no more as In Approval, you will be able to set ticket status to completed.
