2805319 - License Management not showing SAP Support Portal info - SolMan 7.2 SP08 or higher

Symptom

  • SolMan License Management interface is displaying old Licenses and Maintenance Certificates or no information at all on:
    • columns "Received License" and "Received Maintenance Certificate" or
    • on "Received Licenses from SAP Support Portal"
  • Note 2799384 already implemented
  • REFRESH_ADMIN_DATA_FROM_ (CONT.) jobs are completed, but the logs show there were errors while obtaining License data:
Getting license data (customer number: <cust_nr>)
License data collection errors (customer number: <cust_nr>)
