Symptom

Facing error showing at the bottom of the form and could not route the form either next step or previous step.

Reproducing the Issue

1. Launch form to a user

2. Go to user's inbox

3. Open the form (Self Assessment - Employee)

4. The form does not fully rendered with missing buttons and you will see an error at the bottom part of the page.

Cause

Error occured due to invalid custom role used in the required field permission. This issue will be reproducible if the user's relationship in the route map results conflict to any setup permissions.

Resolution

Make sure to use supported roles or custom roles in the configuration permissions of the form template. Please see this KBA 2087940 to check standard roles.
