Reproducing the Issue
Go to the Administration work center.
- Go to the Workflow rules view.
- Click New.
- Choose a sales Business Object, for example Leads.
- Go to the "Define Conditions" tab.
- Click "Add Condition".
RESULT: In the dropdown menu, there is a field called "Sales Territory ID" and another one called "Territory ID".
The "Sales Territory ID" is the territory maintained inside the Lead's header.
However, the "Territory ID" is the territory maintained inside the account which is linked to the Lead.
This is the way both territories are called. If you consider that it is confusing, you can change their names using the Language Adaptation tool.
