You are performing an integration content adjustment post tenant copy in C4C. In the application log, you'are getting the following error:
'RFC exception SYSTEM_FAILURE raised; The ASSERT condition was violated' error.

Reproducing the Issue
- In C4C Administrator WorkCenter, go to General Settings -> Integration> Adapt Integration Content for New Tenant.
- Open the relevant Application Log and check the results.
- The log shows the following error:'RFC exception SYSTEM_FAILURE raised; The ASSERT condition was violated'.
A message (payload) from C4C has already been exchanged with an external system or If you have created ID Mapping manually with new system.
To be able to run the Adapt Integration Content report, you need to make sure that no message is exchanged with external systems or No ID Maping has been created for any object with the new system.
Get a new tenant copy and decommission this tenant and run the adaptation report on the newly copied tenant. Make sure to not create any communication arrangement for the new communication system in the copied tenant, so that no message can be exchanged with an external system.
