In Manage your Solution > Configure your Solution, need to edit some "SSCUI" and is not possible to find it. Even the related Scope Item is properly installed.

Some SSCUIs are country dependent, it means that will be available just for a specific Country Version.
For detailed information about which SSCUIs and it specific coutries, please check the column "Specialized for Certain Countries" in SSCUI List xls (You can find the link to this file in the note 2724648).
In the following example, the related SSCUI will be available just for ES, FR and JP countries:
