You're creating an appointment in Outlook and synchronizing with client-side integration to SAP Cloud For Customer, but there it is being created with the Organizer field empty.

E-mail address is not uniquely assigned to the Organizer user.
To avoid this issue you must configure a given e-mail address to a unique user. You can never have the same e-mail address configured for multiple users.
To change an user e-mail address in C4C you can follow the steps below:
- Log in the C4C system.
- Go to Administrator Work Center.
- Go to Employees.
- Look for the Employee you wish to change the e-mail address.
- Select the employee.
- Click on the Edit button.
- Go to E-mail field and change it to the new value.
- Click on Save and Close.
