2773498 - "An error has occurred." When Trying to Pick Activity in NES Step - Onboarding 1.0

Symptom

When trying to pick up an activity during the NES step the following error message is seen:

An error has occurred. Please return to the home page to continue your account. If the error still appears, close the browser and re-start Onboarding.

Resolution

  1. Log the ticket with SAP Support to check back logs to identify root case
  2. Please provide company ID and copy and paste error message in description
  3. Once support identifies the cause solution will be provided
