Fonts are not displaying properly in their Articulate Courses.
SAP SuccessFactors Learning
Reproducing the Issue
- On the User's Learning Plan, launch an Articulate Course.
- Notice that the fonts are not displaying correctly - users see strange fonts or missing letters.
Details can be found in this article on Articulate's support site:
"Add a MIME Type to Your Hosting Server - -
If learners see the wrong fonts in all web browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, etc.), it means the server where your course is hosted doesn’t know how to display web fonts.
It’s easy to fix. Ask your server admin to add a MIME type to the hosting server for Web Open Font Format (WOFF) files. For example, here’s how to add a MIME type in Microsoft’s IIS Manager."
- SF Engineering team have confirmed that the MIME type "WOFF" is already in the DC8 content servers.
- Customer would need to work with their IT personnel for the solution #2 on the Articulate Article.
