When setting up an email campaign, an error occurs stating that "An issue occurred while saving. Please try again later."

Reproducing the Issue
Step 1: Log in to the instance
Step 2: Navigate to Recruiting -> Marketing
Step 3: Click on 'Create New Email Campaign'
Step 4: Fill the required information such as the email campaign name. After providing the information, click anywhere outside the field and you will encounter an error saying "An issue occurred while saving. Please try again later."
To resolve this issue, you may need to perform an ODATA Metadata Refresh of the instance. To do this, the user will need to have access to this feature in admin centre.
- Navigate to Admin Centre -> Odata API Metadata Refresh And Export
- Click on 'Refresh'
- Once it is completed, try to replicate same scenario to see if the error has been resolved.
