On creating quote as follow-up from ticket, an attachment gets copied in the quote.

Reproducing the Issue
Go to the Service work center.
Go to the Tickets view.
Search for ticket LMN (where LMN is the ticket name) and open it.
Go to the Attachments facet, where you can see some attachments are added to ticket.
Click on action Follow-Up New Sales Quote.
In the new sales quote window maintain all mandatory details and save and open it.
Go to the Attachments facet of this newly created sales quote.
You can see attachment of ticket LMN is also shown here.
The follow up quote will copy the attachment from ticket. If you do not want attachment in quote, you can manually remove/delete it from quote.
This is an expected system behavior to copy the attachment from ticket to quote.
