Reproducing the Issue
In this example we are looking at the BO Tickets, however, the same may apply for other business objects, such as Opportunities, Sales Quotes, etc.
Go to the Business Configuration work center.
Go to the Implementation Projects view and click Open Activity List.
Search and open fine tune activity name Tickets for Customer Support.
Click hyperlink Message Severity Configuration.
Here you can see there are only few standard sap messages which can be suppressed. The particular message you are looking for is not available.
Not all standard SAP delivered messages are available to be suppressed.

Ticket, Suppressed Message, Opportunity, Fine Tuning, Business Configuration, Message Severity Configuration, Expected revenue start date, must not be after exp. rev. end date , KBA , message severity , LOD-CRM-SRP , Service Request Processing , LOD-CRM-OPP , Opportunity Management , Product Enhancement
