Symptom

  • Received email from ias@notifications.sap.com about 5 failed logon attempts
  • Error: There have been 5 failed attempts to log onto your account. Password log on to your account has been disabled for 1 hours. After 1 hours, you will again be able to log on with your password or click on the link below to set a new password.
  • Received email to reset my S-user password
  • Email subject: [EXTERNAL] SAP ID Service: How to reset your SAP password
  • S-user password has been disabled for 1 hour
  • Why is my S-user password locking?
  • Who is trying to log in with my S-user ID and causing it to lock?
  • Cannot log into SAP with my S-user ID and Password
