Symptom
- Upon attempting to access some particular iView(s) via the Enterprise Portal, you encountered a rendering compatibility message.
"Could not open iView. The iView is not compatible with your browser, operating system, or device. Contact your system administrator for more information."
- You may also observe a blank page in Chrome, if the iView is embedded within a Page (Portal PRT Page or WebDynpro integration page).
