  • While in the SAP Communication Desktop CDT, agents hear no sounds related to wave files such as:
    • default.wav
    • knocking.wav
    • conference_on_hold.wav
    • notification.wav
    • RingQue.wav
    • RingQueShort.wav
    • RingBusy.wav
    • RingErr.wav
    • RingOut.wav
    • RingIn.wav
  • This issue is confusing the agents as to if CDT is actually working
