"There were no results" message being returned in SAP Jam when searching for a SAP Jam Group or user
Reproducing the Issue
Attempt to search for a user or SAP Jam Group in the search bar in SAP Jam
Not currently known
The issue only affects customer that have the BizX theming enabled in SAP Jam.
Use the SAP Jam theming option. This can be enabled by doing the following:
1. Go to SAP Jam Admin
2. Branding > Web
3. Under theme, select SAP Jam
4. Save Changes.
