When you delete the information of the 'Account' field maintain in the header of a contact, the address information (e-mail, phone number, mobile, etc.) is cleared.

Reproducing the Issue
- Go to the Customers work center.
- Go to the Contacts view.
- Open a contact.
- Remove the information maintained in the field 'Account' from the header.
- The address information from the header is cleared too.
The address information in the header of the contact refers to the business address for it, which is directly related to the account which this contact is assigned to. If the account is removed, this address information will be removed too.
This is the system expected behavior.
You can maintain a personal address to the contact in the facet 'Addresses' to maintain this information in a way that is not directly bound to the account assigned.
