The [[APPLICATION_ASSESSMENT_PROVIDER_URL]] is resolving the right value, however if we check this from candidate application correspondence it is not an active hyperlink.

Reproducing the Issue
- Log in to customer instance , then go to recruiting;
- Check the candidate application under assessment status;
- Once you find the candidate application, click the correspondnce and look for the email template where the [[APPLICATION_ASSESSMENT_PROVIDER_URL]] is resolving.
You will find that the email template associated to [[APPLICATION_ASSESSMENT_PROVIDER_URL]] token is not an active hyperlink. However, if you copy the URL and paste it to the browser you will be redirected to another page.
Also, if you check the email template from candidate side (for example gmail, outlook, and so on) you will see the resolved token of [[APPLICATION_ASSESSMENT_PROVIDER_URL]] as a hyperlink.
