2745641 - SAP Cloud Connector UI doesn't open with "SSL server initiated renegotiation is disabled, closing connection" in the logs

Symptom

  • The SAP Cloud Connector service is up and running and you've met all of the prerequisites, but the UI does not load in the browser.
  • When you try to open the cloud connector in the browser, you get a HTTP 404- Not found or an ERR_INVALID_HTTP_RESPONSE error message.
  • In the SCC logs, you can see the warning "SSL server initiated renegotiation is disabled, closing connection"
