Symptom

Error has occured during Deployment. Contact SAP service center.

  1. CTC = 1
  2. Transport target = ...
  3. Transport Request ... created
  4. Form template ... has not been exported yet. Export it and import into P.
  5. Text ... has not been exported yet. Export it and import into P.
  6. Logo ... has not been exported yet. Export it and import into P.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA CLOUD

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to App 'Manage Your Solution'
  2. Select 'Configure Your Solution'
  3. Click on 'Proceed to Run Phase'

Cause

The custom forms, logos, texts and email templates referenced in your customizing rules have not yet been exported from Q and imported into your P system.
Only after this step you should release your change project.

Resolution

A)
Export the mentioned forms/texts/logos from the Q system and import them into the P system via 'Export Software Collection' and 'Import Software Collection' App. Afterwards retry the transport.

Alternatively delete the entries of the mentioned:
• Form template in the configuration step 'Assign Form Templates' (ID 102313)
• Email Template in the configuration step 'Assign Email Templates' (ID 101945)
• Logos/Texts/Master Form Template in the configuration step 'Define Rules for Determination of Master Form Template' (ID 101184)
