2744708 - Migration Cockpit: SEPA mandate internal error

Symptom

During migration of SEPA mandates, an unknown error is raised in phase "Simulate Import":

Internal error in function module FI_APAR_MANDATE_AUTHORITY_CHCK PARAMETER_HAS_UNKNOWN_VALUE
 Message no. SEPA007

Environment

 SAP S/4HANA Cloud

Cause

The field “Appl. For Which Mandate is Relevant” (ANWND) is set to “F” for Financial accounting and field "Mandate Status" (STATUS) to 1.

A field which gets mandatory if field SEPA-Status is 1 was not filled or has incorrect value in the template.

Resolution

If there is an entry in the template where field "Mandate Status" has value 1, check the tooltip of each field in the template:

 SEPA

and provide values to the fields where the tooltip includes text "Mandatory if field SEPA-Status = 1".

There are three other conditions checked that has to be met to avoid the error:

  • incorrect value for field ANWND (Appl. for Which Mandate is Relevant) → should be F
  • incorrect value for field SND_TYPE (Mandate Sender Type) →  should be BUS3007 or BSEG
  • incorrect value for field REC_TYPE (Mandate Recipient Type) →  should be BUS0002
