2742231 - Unable to access PI Integration Builder tools due to com.sap.xi.ib.resources

Symptom

  • You have a Process Integration (PI) or Process Orchestration (PO) system where the Integration Builder tools are not accessable
  • This issue can have several different visible symptoms as com.sap.xi.ib.resources service has dependent applications which also cannot start up until it has fully started
  • Similar situations may occur for other apps e.g. sap.com/com.sap.aii.af.app
  • In the defaultTrace files you will find entries like below:
