In S/4HANA Cloud job "Replicate Employee Master Data and Organizational Assignments" is periodically scheduled and runs successfully each time but iFlow "SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central to ERP Employee Data and Organizational Assignment" is not triggered on CPI (SAP Cloud Platform Integration for process services), therefore changes made in SuccessFactors are not replicated / visible in S/4HANA Cloud.

If a query sent by the scheduled replication job remains in "Sent" or "In Process" status for a longer period of time, it is necessary to reset its status. Otherwise, the next query cannot be created before the current query has one of the statuses "Successful" or "Failed".
A query remains in "Sent" status if it doesn’t reach the middleware, for example, due to configuration issues. It remains in "In Process" status if data can't be transferred from Employee Central. If the query remains in "Sent" status, it can be resent after a five-minutes timeout has passed.
- Log on as SAP S/4HANA Cloud Administrator in the SAP S/4HANA Fiori UI.
- Open Fiori app Reset Replication Requests - Employee Master Data and Organizational Assignment.
- Select an entry from the list with status "Sent" or "In Process" and choose "Set status" to "Failed".
It is not possible to reset the status of queries that already have the status "Successful" or "Failed".
- Queries can be completely deleted by selecting "Delete Query".
Only delete queries of the Employee-Specific Query type and only if they have one of the statuses "Successful" or "Failed". If you delete other types of queries, the last modified date is removed.
This means that the next query will trigger a full load, picking up all changes made in SuccessFactors.
