2740764 - Manage My Timesheet app - Fatal error occurred during processing

Symptom

When opening Manage My Timesheet application, the user receives error:

  • "Fatal error occurred during processing" or
  • "Employment doesn't exist, is inactive or you do not have authorization"

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open Manage My Timesheet application
  2. Error message "Fatal error occurred during process" is raised and application isn´t loaded:

Cause

Employment Status might be inactive for the employment ID (PERSONWORKAGREEMENT) of the affected user.

You can view the employment status for the PERSONWORKAGREEMENT in the CDS View I_PERSONWORKAGRMTSTATUS.

Resolution

Change employment status of the affected user to make sure that is active on the system.
