2736731 - SQL0478N on SAPTOOLS.DB2_WORKLOAD_CHECK encountered during System Copy

Symptom

During system copy where there is a change in <SID>, you encounter the SQL0478N error during the step changeRoleSapmonBR. You will see the error in the following logs:

  • sapinst.log & sapinst_dev.log

revoke role SAPAPP from user SAP<SID>
DB21034E  The command was processed as an SQL statement because it was not a valid Command Line Processor command.  During SQL processing it returned:
SQL0478N  DROP, ALTER, TRANSFER OWNERSHIP, REVOKE, or CREATE OR REPLACE on object type "ROLE" cannot be processed because there is an object "SAPTOOLS.DB2_WORKLOAD_CHECK", of type "VIEW", which depends on it.
