2733428 - Unable to activate Product Allocation in S/4 HANA Cloud

Symptom

  • You're trying to activate the Product Allocation functionality through the app Manage Your Solution in S/4 HANA Cloud.
  • However, when you access the page to activate PAL you notice that relevant flag cannot be modified.

Environment

  • S4/HANA
  • S4/HANA Cloud 
  • Advanced ATP
  • Product Allocation (PAL)

Cause

  • The current phase of your Cloud solution setup do not support changes to the application settings (e.g. Explore).
  • Changes on appication settings are only possible in phases 'Evaluate' and 'Realize'.

Resolution

Move on to the next implementation phase in order to change the Product Allocation setting.
