2728844 - Critical Error for ESS Java application after new Portal

Symptom

Java based application is used on the Portal.

There was a new Portal installation and the data was migrated from the old content to the new one.

When ESS Java application was started (with ESS user who is connected to a valid person in the backend), there is a Critical error message on Portal.

for example:

"com.sap.pcuigp.xssfpm.java.FPMRuntimeException: User * does not exist in this period"
