2728305 - Payment Method Missing for Employee


You are trying to setup payment methods information for an employee, however no other method aside from bank account is available for selection.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Personnel Administration work center.
  2. Navigate to the Employees view.
  3. Select an employee and click on Edit.
  4. Enter the Personal Data tab, and navigate to the Payment Information sub-tab.

In this screen, it is not possible to add other methods of payment, only bank accounts.


This behavior occurs because the employee was hired from the Regular Tasks of Germany country. Because of that, the employee has a German personal file, which does not support other payment methods.


To have the correct country personal file assigned to the employee, make sure that the respective country is selected from the list inside the Regular Tasks screen.
