2726584 - Options in Emails such as Test Email or Save As are Missing in Content Studio after a system upgrade

Symptom

Some function such as 'Test Email' or 'Save As' are missing on Emails or Email Template after a Cloud system upgrade.

Environment

SAP Hybris Marketing Cloud – SAP Marketing Cloud

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open Content Studio App
  2. Open an existing Email or Email Temaple (Not Released)
  3. All options such as ' Test Email ' or 'Save As' are missing from the bottom 

Resolution

  1. Go to Business Catalogs for Identity and Access Management Apps
  2. Click on the 'Maintain Business Users App'
  3. Search for the user who has a problem
  4. Identified  any Marketing roles (ie: *_ADMINISTRATOR_MKT or *_MARKETING_EXPERT)
  5. Select the roles on left side and click on remove roles
  6. Click on Save
  7. Log off and on the Hybris marketing Systsem
  8. Go back to the 'Maintain Business Users App'
  9. Search for the users again
  10. Put back the Marketing Roles
  11. Click on save again
