  1.  Log in to the system, go to the Reporting tab.
  2.  Create a new report, choose the type and the "Recruiting V2" domain.
  3.  Open the columns tab and choose the Job Requistion column.
  4.  See that is no option to check related to Deleted Job Requisitions.

Currently, it's not possible to use adhoc report to get the number of deteled requisitions.

The main use of  deleting a job requisition is to not include that deleted job requisition in the adhoc reports. Since it's currently design to not include deleted job requisition in the adhoc reports, Integration Center can be used as an alternative and use the Job requisition > Is Deleted (deleted) String > to get the deleted job requisitions.
