How custom tile based on Business Rules works, what are the prerequisites and how to create it?

How does it work?
You can associate a custom tile to multiple business rules to define different behavior for your target users. The rules engine determines which content to display for the target user based on the rules. With this feature, you can create one custom tile for multiple purposes.
To control who can see this tile, you can set the user groups for the tile in the Assignments step.
- Create business rules for the Custom Tile (Decision Rules) scenarios in the Configure Business Rules tool
- Have Manage Home Page permission
Note: you no longer need to have Onboarding 2.0 to create custom tiles based on Business Rules. Now the custom tile rule scenario has been extended to all modules. You can create any type of business rule-driven custom tiles.
How to create it?
- Create a "Custom Tile" business rule in Configure Business Rules tool
- Go to Admin Center > Manage Home Page and follow the instructions shown in the "Procedure" section of this page of the Help Portal
