Users are not able to add their appointments to Google Calendar due to missing Add to Calendar button in the email notification coming from LMS.

This is due to missing .ICS attachment in the notification. This is what triggers the Add to Calendar button to show.
Make sure to use the .ICS file instead of VCAL. Please refer to SAP Note below for this configuration.
