The error message 'Account ABC has been assigned to marketing lead' is triggered on saving new Lead in the Sales Campaign work center.

Reproducing the Issue
Go to the Sales Campaign work center.
- Go to the Leads view.
- Select the New button.
- Do not select the Use Existing Account checkbox.
- Enter a value for the Lead Name and Company.
- Select the Save button.
- The error message 'Account ABC has been assigned to marketing lead' is triggered.
There is a Workflow Rule in place to trigger the action Derive Territories for the Accounts BO.
As per Workflow Rule, the system is trying to assign a Territory to an inactive Account on Lead creation. Right now, this is not supported.
You can either delete the Workflow Rule or add the condition to trigger this action only for active Accounts.
