After the Database Migration, or System Copy, or a change of the license key, the following error occurs when performing step Maintain Technical Users:
Secure storage migration should be performed: Apply SAP Note 816861, and re-run the activity (Cannot find entry /SOLMAN_SETUP/<ID> in secure store)
