On accessing the RMK career site, we are not seeing the site as secure and the lock symbol next to the URL in the browser is missing. Instead, we see an "i" icon beside the URL and if we click on that symbol, we get the following in the message:
"Your connection to the site is not fully secure."
The RMK site could show the above message under 2 scenarios:
- A valid SSL certificate is not installed or it would have expired.
- The RMK career site could contain some components which might have been imported from third-party sites. If those components are from insecure sites, then the RMK site wil be insecure as well.
To ensure the security of the RMK career site, there are two paths:
- The Recruiting Marketing Certificate should be renewed. Please refer to the following Knowledge Base Article for further details: 2231401
- If you are using site components from third party sites, you need to make sure that the components are used from secure sites, otherwise the recommendation is to remove them.
