2712153 - Unable to Purge Activities of Candidate, DRTM Purge - Onboarding 2.0

Symptom

Onboarding Data Purge is not working; although the purges appear to have been processed, we can still view the Onboarding activities for each user

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding - 2.0

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to SAP SuccessFactors HCM > Admin Center > Company Setting > Purge Request Monitor
  2. Once approval is given, approval will transfer to Approved Requests
  3. Status is equals to completed with Preview Report of Empty Preview Report

Cause

Incorrect purge type request (DRTM Purge Onboarding 2.0)

Resolution

For Live Customer(s), Implementation Partner(s), and Consultant(s)

When selecting the type of purge, choose DRTM Onboarding Purge for the current SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding version. See KBA 2638035.
